Jacqueline is a tireless fighter for her community.  As a former supervisor myself for over 20 years, I know that land use policy is the one area where a County supervisor exerts the most influence on the quality of life of our citizens and where we spend most of our time.  Jacqueline’s in-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of land use, serving on the San Dieguito Planning Group but also successfully fighting general plan amendments throughout the County in her role as community leader, makes her uniquely qualified to serve the citizens of San Diego County.
